Let’s take a healthy spin on Shrimp Alfredo using Zoodles! Using Zucchini Noodles offers less carbs than regular noodles and is KETO FRIENDLY! If you are looking to add some more greens to this dish, feel free to top off the recipe with some spinach

Shrimp Alfredo w/Zucchini Noodles Directions: 

  1. In a pan add olive oil, shrimp, garlic and cook shrimp on both sides to liking. Take shrimp out of pan and rest on separate plate
  2. With garlic still in the pan add butter, cream cheese, milk or heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, and seasoning to pan. Mix together to make alfredo sauce
  3. Add shrimp and zucchini noodles to pan in alfredo sauce and mix together
  4. Add desired toppings (ex. cheese, spinach). Finally, dish up and serve!
