F.I.I.T: “Fun Intense Interval Training” is a Circuit based 3-Dimensional Workout comprised of 6-8 Exercises per Round. These Training Circuits work just enough of each muscle group to help Tone & Tighten the Body while ensuring you are able to still walk the next day! Flashbacks to the original in-person Team Training class format with Upbeat Music, Positive Energy, Camaraderie, and Games to make working out FUN & FUNctional! New twist to utilizing High Intense Interval Training inside your very own home to lose weight and shape the body!
Core n’ More: This is NOT your typical “Ab-Crunch” class people! This class is designed not only to help sculpt the mid-section, but to teach you how to properly activate the core in all 7 components, AND carry out proper body mechanics to move in a pain-free manor!

Move2Improve: If you’re not Movin’ you’re not Improvin’! A steady-state Cardiovascular Endurance Workout that keeps you and the music going! We focus on Total Body Functionality, Core, and Overall Mobility, while also incorporating bursts of Cardio Intervals to keep the Heart Rate elevated and the Fat Burning Switch ON!

Overdrive: Ready to take a DRIVE through fluctuating heart rate zones? “Overdrive” will put your strength to the test, AND get that heart pumpin’ with sporadic max-effort aerobic exercises thrown into the mix! As the class comes to an end, let’s kick the weekend into HIGH GEAR and redline that heart rate with a Fun Game-based Finisher!
Level Up: Looking to “level up” your fitness?? Introducing our new VTT workout that keeps your muscles actively working as you recover from bursts of cardio SURPRISES thrown in the mix! Each round increases in intensity or duration, aiming to take your workout to a whole new level!
Saturday Fit-Camp: During this Celebratory Weekend Workout, the MORNING SQUAD & EVENING CREW reunite, conforming the Community aspect of TEAM TRAINING! Inviting Friends and Family is encouraged as little to no equipment is needed for this Fun Game Based Workout. WARNING: Interactive Team Building Games may cause overwhelming LAUGHTER, EXCITEMENT, & MOTIVATION. Let the PARTYY begin!
