Buddy Training is designed for You AND a Friend to workout together and share the common bond of striving toward a better YOU. In addition to receiving the benefit of Individualized Attention and Guidance on Proper Form, you will also inherit the Motivation, Accountability, and Support from your BUDDY!
Whether you have a friend or family member you would like to establish this special bond with or if you would prefer us to pair you up with a perfect workout buddy, we got you covered! Maybe you do have a friend that would be the perfect accountability partner but they live too far away…. Our Virtual Training Platform will allow you to reconnect with those long-distance family members or friends with a workout where you can see each other and interact as if they are right there working out next to you!

There are 168 hours in a week and with only a few of those hours coming from direct engagement with us, our first priority is to make sure you know what to do on the days you are not training with us. These personalized workout plans are overseen by our Doctor of Physical Therapy, ensuring your exercises are safe and strategically placed for optimal RESULTS!
Sometimes it is necessary to begin training with our DPT in order to learn how to work with your chronic musculoskeletal condition. There are also times where life happens and you develop acute injuries that need to be addressed. In either case, you can set up appointments for the same price as your buddy session if you and your buddy decide to meet with our DPT. There is also the option to use your purchased buddy session as credit toward time working 1v1 with our DPT. With our DPT you will receive education on your condition and receive supplemental therapeutic exercises to perform at home and during your workouts.
In order to make certain that you are advancing toward your long-term goals, your fitness professional will be setting realistic short-term objectives that the both of you come up with together. This may include tracking body fat percentage, circumference measurements, physical performance tests, strength, range of motion, and more!
Humans are creatures of habit and we have realized that the best way to make changes in someone's life is not by overwhelming them with recommendations, but by working together to figure out what habits can realistically be broken or initiated. With continuous implementation and removal of daily habits outside of the gym, our clients see progress toward a healthier lifestyle.
This starts with overviewing the client’s typical eating habits first to dissect what is going wrong and then providing the clients with proper suggestions that fit their specific needs. Thus, suggesting the client to carry out the following: choice of food, caloric intake, macro-nutrient percentages, timing, and other supplementation will be determined by a scientific analysis based on their current results, body type, lifestyle, and their individualized workout programs.
