These breakfast roll ups are the answer for those of you fast and on-the-go peeps. Yes, they are quick and easy, but they are also healthy enough to start your day off on the right foot! Substitute Turkey Sausage for an even healthier alternative! 

Keto Breakfast Roll Ups Recipe Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook sausage through and add eggs; stir until cooked and set aside.
  3. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and top w/mozzarella cheese slices; bake for 5-6 minutes or until edges start to brown.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool down. Divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese and roll; dish up and enjoy!
