Slower Cooker White Chicken Chili

A healthy keto recipe that will take only a few minutes to put together for an amazing taste just a few short hours later.  This recipe is a very creamy and delicious meal that you can dress up afterwards in many different ways.  If you enjoy a simple creamy soup, just leave this meal as is, but if you’re looking to add more carbs, or dress it up, add in rice or quinoa at the bottom of this dish and any toppings you wish!

White Chicken Chili Directions:

  1. In your crockpot add in- chicken broth, diced tomatoes, green chiles, & seasonings. Stir and combine in slow cooker
  2. Add- chicken thighs and cubed cream cheese. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours (or low for 6 to 8 hours)
  3. 20 minutes before you want to eat, add in frozen bag or freshly made cauliflower rice
  4. Add desired toppings (avocado, lime, cilantro, tomatoes, cheese, etc.)  
  5. Enjoy!!
