Broccoli Quinoa Mac and Cheese Recipe Directions: 

  1. Add: quinoa, broccoli, broth, and water to a large sauce pan.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, stir, cover and reduce to simmer for 15-20min.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in yeast/cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
