Everyone has a different “Starting Point” and challenges they face on a daily basis. This complimentary session is all about YOU! Starting off with a sit down conversation, we want to better understand your history of working out, your goals, and the barriers that are stopping you from achieving these goals.
From there, our Personal Trainers will take you through a brief workout/assessment to pin point your strengths and weaknesses. Once we have a better understanding of your “Starting Point,” our Personal Training Coaches will help advise a realistic plan for you to reach your health & fitness goals. We believe in meeting people where they are and with a little support & direction anything is possible.
