Banana Oat Muffins Recipe Directions: 

  1. Grease a muffin pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. In a large bowl mix: smashed banana, oats, and vanilla. Add your choice mix-ins and stir to combine
  3. Spoon mixture into muffin pan, filling them close to the top
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes (leftovers can be stored up to 5 days). Dish up and enjoy!
